Caleb Profitt

Associate

Caleb Profitt is an associate attorney in DBL Law’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Employment & Labor, and Government Advocacy & Economic Development practice groups. Caleb joined the firm in October 2025 and is based in the Cincinnati office.

Prior to joining DBL Law, Caleb served as Assistant Counsel for the Department of Defense in the Department of the Navy Office of General Counsel at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. In that role, he represented the Department in litigation matters, particularly employment and labor law, and advised clients. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

After being born and raised in southwest Ohio and graduating from Xavier University, Caleb received his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law in May 2020. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio.

In his spare time, Caleb enjoys running, playing tennis, watching classic movies, and rooting for his alma maters.
