Noah is an Associate at DBL Law, practicing in the firm’s Banking & Commercial and Business & Transactional Practice Groups. Noah joined the firm in October 2025 and is based in the Covington office. 

Noah obtained his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. While at Chase, Noah was a member of the Northern Kentucky Law Review, an Honors Scholar in the W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology, and a Student Clinician in the NKU Chase Small Business and Non-profit Law Clinic where he provided supervised legal counsel free of charge to local non-profit and small business organizations. 

In his practice, Noah focuses on complex commercial finance and lending transactions. His work also encompasses a broad range of corporate and transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate governance. Noah is committed to delivering clear and strategic advice that aligns legal solutions with business objectives. 

Noah is a Middletown, Ohio native who enjoys spending time outside of the office cheering on his alma mater, the Kentucky Wildcats, and exploring all that Cincinnati has to offer with his friends and family. Noah resides in Covington, Kentucky with his dog, Obi-Wan.
